I'm back

I am so glad I remembered this blog! :) Its been a long time but reading over old posts have made my day. Going to pick back up so I have record of the great things my mom says!

CVS

my sister and I are into couponing! you can save so much money with coupons! Its almost like a a game to see how much you can save in a store.

Normally when I grocery shop, I can save at least 40%. I shop at Publix and Winn Dixie. I like CVS too though because of extra bucks program.

So today I went to CVS and spent $20.00 saved $16.00. My mom came over to my house and I told her about it and showed her what I got.

My mom says, "well I spent $72.00 and saved $1.50!! I fell to the ground laughing so hard!!! I need to teach her how to do better!!!!!!! I had to call my sister and tell her what she said.

I am still laughing remembering it.

Another Alltel Story

My birthday is coming up next week so I decided to go ahead and get the blackberry. I took my mom with me to Alltel today because we were going to go shopping and Alltel is by the mall. As soon as we got out of the car I said I hope this does not turn into a night mare. My mom said, "Well, I'm here so it probably will be!" LOL :o)

Everyone there is nice except there is one man who works in there that is rude and not helpful. We were waiting in line and I was getting so stressed that we were going to get him. Well, my mom said that if he is up when its our turn she will say that we will wait till the next person. And I know my mom, SHE WILL SAY SOMETHING!

Thankfully we got a very nice Alltel man who was very helpful. (on a side note I am SOOO excited about my new phone!!!) The Alltel man took his time and explained to me a BUNCH of super cool features about my phone. Searches for anything, directions, maps, email, facebook....etc.....

So after he shows me alot of the features my mom asked him if I can make calls on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I about died!! Luckily we had already been laughing with the alltel man for some time so he just laughed along with me to that INSANE question.

When I am going to learn to not take my mom to Alltel?!!

I am thinking about getting a new phone and kind of want to get a Blackberry. I am a little intimated because it seems really complex, but I might get one.

So, I was talking with my mom about how I might get one, and later on she was telling my dad that I was thinking of getting one but she told him I wanted to get a MAY BERRY!!!!!

Guest Appearance!!!!

So I know this my mom's blog but I have a story that I have to tell and it is about someone who is like my mom, so its ok.....

A group of us were playing games on Saturday night and Mrs. EJ was talking about houses (she is looking for a new house). She said she went to look at one house but did not go in and decided against the house because the current owners are voting for Barack Obama. That itself is funny, but we asked how she knew that and she said, "the sign in their yard said Bama fans only". We were like that means they are fans of the football team for ALABAMA!!!!!!!!!!

That was a "betsy" moment, which will now need to be "Besty/E.J." moment!

My reply

Today my mom and I were in the car driving and she said something that made me reply with this statement: "Mom, you can't do that, its a felony" :o) Gotta love my mom!! LOL
